I. Job Summary

Looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, someone that can create a positive customer experience with clients and team. Provides one call resolution when answering incoming telephone calls, making outbound collection calls and follow thru for clients. Will also perform various clerical duties and administrative duties.


II. Duties and Responsibilities - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Answer multi-line telephone system, take accurate messages and transfer telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner. (Sales, Operations, CEO/VP)
  • Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.


  • Interact with sales, operations and route drivers as first point of contact with customers


  • Greet vendors and direct them to the appropriate party or communicate delay in a professional manner.
  • Follow direction from VP of sales and Office Manager on a daily basis according to appropriate procedures, as well as distribute incoming email/documents.
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned some may include:
    • photocopying
    • filing
    • typing
    • faxing
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order additional supplies as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience helpful.
